Our wine is once again making history and conquering Europe. Finca San Cibrao (D.O. Ribeiro); CM Prestigio (DOCa La Rioja), and Matarromera Prestigio (D.O. Ribera del Duero) have been the star wines this week at the presentation of the 2020 Poland Michelin Guide. It has been a real honour to be part of this event alongside some of our great friends such as Maciej Dobrzyniecki, President of the Polish Academy of Gastronomy, held in the cities of Warsaw and Krakow. It is no secret that Krakow is a city full of history, and that it plays a decisive role in the country’s future. Its spirit is reflected in its culture but also, of course, in its gastronomic heritage that combines excellent products and the finest recipes. This is the case of the Amaro Restaurant in the city of Warsaw, whose promoter, on the left of this photo, has been awarded a Michelin Star. Thanks to this and other projects, Krakow has been awarded the recently created title of 2019 European Capital of Gastronomic Culture. A new continental recognition that this city fully deserves and where we are lucky enough to be present through our wines.
